Alisson Becker has completed his transfer from Liverpool FC to Flamengo, making him the most expensive goalkeeper in world football history at £88 million.
The Brazilian international was signed on Thursday after agreeing a deal with the South American club over two weeks ago. The move comes just months after he left Anfield for the Premier League champions.
Flamengo have already started their season as they look to build on their success last year when they won the Copa Libertadores and finished runners-up in the Brasileirao.
The signing is expected to be a massive boost for the club, who have lost many key players this summer including Marquinhos, Philippe Coutinho and Fred. However, it will also come under scrutiny due to the price tag.

As well as being one of the best goalkeepers in the world, Alisson has been linked with moves away from Flamengo, particularly to Real Madrid or Manchester City.
